Training Enrollment

Thank you for choosing Fun Fur Pets for your dog training needs. Please fill out the following information about you and your pet. This information will help us to provide better training for your trusted companion in a safe and fun environment for your pet and others.

To enroll in training:
1. Complete and submit the following form.
2. Watch our online orientation class (see link below this form) and complete the quiz.
3. Reserve your place in one of classes, whichever you feel is most appropriate for your dog. If you are uncertain what class your dog needs, please email us at trainerffp@gmail.com.

*For Dog School, Obedience Classes, and Reactive Dog Classes, For all classes, please PARK ON 14TH STREET to the West of our building and then walk along THE BACK OF OUR BUILDING by the gravel area until you get to the paved area and turn left to walk up the ramp. NO PARKING IS ALLOWED IN THE LOT BEHIND OUR BUILDING.*
